A company is looking for a Customer Operations Manager to build and lead the Customer Operations function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Customer Operations roadmap
  • Lead the configuration and rollout of the Customer Success Platform
  • Create and refine a customer health scoring system to guide retention strategies

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in SaaS or a comparable environment
  • Proven experience in building Customer Operations or Customer Success teams
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero)
  • Experience developing customer health scoring systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
