A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Lead in Revenue Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a partner and advisor to the Head of Partner Experience, defining and implementing goals and programs
- Develop and prioritize operational areas of focus, manage new initiatives, and provide training for the team
- Work on operational and data needs across the customer lifecycle, establish KPIs, and maintain forecasting models
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant operations experience, including 3+ years supporting a GTM team
- Expertise in CRM automation and reporting, with a preference for Gainsight experience
- Experience planning and operationalizing new initiatives for a customer-facing team
- Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building efficient processes
