Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer satisfaction initiatives and total cost of care outcomes for assigned accounts
- Develop executive relationships and resolve customer-blocking issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities through additional services
Required Qualifications
- BS in Business or Healthcare Administration; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 6+ years in client-facing leadership roles in value-based care and health plans
- Experience with benefits consultants and health benefits ecosystems
- Experience with large and complex customers
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment
