A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on building strategic relationships and improving the renewals process for SMB and Mid-Market customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale the Tech Touch process for SMB customers in NAMER
- Develop KPIs and collaborate with Customer Success partners to meet customer outcomes
- Manage escalations, re-paper non-auto renewals, and improve the renewals strategy
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales or Account Management roles with a proven record of success
- Experience in Internal Communications or Management Consultancy (preferred)
- Experience in project management and collaboration tools
- Experience delivering successful products to market
- Knowledge of industry and market trends related to the company’s products and services
