Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support program monitoring and evaluation through high-quality analytical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop equitable data analysis protocols and prepare environmental data reports
• Measure the impact of program activities using quantitative methods and implement data standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and assist with GIS analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the nonprofit sector
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in data science, statistics, or computer science
• Experience with GIS and data visualization
• Demonstrated experience using statistical software and data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or Python
• Knowledge of equity-centered data frameworks and program evaluation methods
