A company is looking for a Database Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain PostgreSQL database systems for a 24×7 SaaS platform
- Support database reporting and analytical needs of the organization
- Guide developers on database development, design principles, and query optimization
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Sciences, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with relational database administration
- 3+ years of experience administering highly-available PostgreSQL databases
- Proficiency in Linux-based PostgreSQL RDBMS administration
- Experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies
