Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the DevEx roadmap, collaborating with various stakeholders
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor engineering talent to enhance the developer experience
- Solicit developer feedback to implement continuous improvements in productivity and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with AWS in a development or DevOps role
- 2+ years of experience leading remote teams in technology disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
