Developer Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer & Application Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service and technical support to Splunk App developers
• Troubleshoot technical issues and establish root causes
• Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and product supportability

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years Technical/Customer Support or equivalent experience
• Strong Splunk platform knowledge and experience
• 3 years of experience using Python, UNIX(Linux), Java, .Net, Shell scripting, Splunk REST API
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and modern application architecture
• Logical approach to problem-solving with strong troubleshooting skills
