- Oversee HR systems and processes, utilizing metrics to assess performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years in HR Management with experience in high-performing HR functions
- 5+ years leading a global HR or People Operations function
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
- Proven experience in leading HR functions for a company with 150+ employees
