- Collaborate across teams to ensure equitable policies, practices, and opportunities for all employees
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful DEIB strategies and programs
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced tech-driven organizations
- Ability to translate vision into action and influence leaders to deliver results
- Strong knowledge of DEIB and culture-building best practices
- Deep understanding of translating company strategy into actionable plans
