Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Inclusion & Culture for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive DEIB strategy aligned to the company’s mission, vision, and values
• Design and deliver programs and resources to promote DEIB awareness, understanding, and accountability
• Collaborate across teams to ensure equitable policies, practices, and opportunities for all employees

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of designing and executing successful DEIB strategies and programs
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced tech-driven organizations
• Ability to translate vision into action and influence leaders to deliver results
• Strong knowledge of DEIB and culture-building best practices
• Deep understanding of translating company strategy into actionable plans
