Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the New Business and Conflicts team
- Supervise conflicts clearance for new lateral hires
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry in firm systems
Required Qualifications:
- JD degree and active bar admission required
- Extensive experience managing conflicts in a large law firm
- In-depth knowledge of US, European, and Asian legal and ethical regulations relevant to conflicts and new business intake
- Proven track record in planning, developing, and implementing new business intake and conflicts processes
- Proficiency in conflict checking software, especially Intapp products, and workflow development
