Required Qualifications:
  • JD degree and active bar admission required
  • Extensive experience managing conflicts in a large law firm
  • In-depth knowledge of US, European, and Asian legal and ethical regulations relevant to conflicts and new business intake
  • Proven track record in planning, developing, and implementing new business intake and conflicts processes
  • Proficiency in conflict checking software, especially Intapp products, and workflow development
