Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product – AI Operational Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor a team of product professionals to foster innovation and collaboration
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely releases

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and experience with AI and automation technologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid technical background with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions
