Director of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Program Management, Access Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans for the launch of complex access programs
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution
• Monitor launch progress and address issues to ensure successful execution

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of program management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or digital healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Experience in managing complex patient access programs is highly desirable
• Understanding of pharmacy claim adjudication and prescription routing workflows is highly desirable
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and team coordination abilities
