Director Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a 12+ month product strategy across the portfolio of products
• Creating alignment around shared objectives and facilitating cross-functional execution
• Attracting, recruiting, and evaluating Product, Engineering, and Design talent

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in complex business and/or technology problems
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in an agile software development lifecycle environment
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports performing complex knowledge work, including managing product managers
• Advanced understanding of continuous product discovery methodologies
• Advanced leadership knowledge and ability to build, develop, and coach a team
