Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Special Investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and coordinate the roadmap for special investigations program development and performance
• Manage day-to-day task execution of investigators and leverage fraud detection technologies
• Align special investigations program with other claims programs and lead communication efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years claims experience, including time in a special investigations department
• 3+ years experience establishing key vendor partnerships
• 3+ years leadership experience
• Insurance related certifications
