Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer workflow barriers and provide strategies to overcome them
- Develop and execute strategy for workflow feature rollout
- Conduct market assessments and communicate strategies to cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and market modeling
- Ability to gain buy-in from leadership and cross-functional partners
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or market development, preferably in B2B healthcare marketing
- Previous experience in medical device, life science, or healthcare commercial marketing
