Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability & Leave Client Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving inquiries and service requests related to leave of absence, disability, and workplace accommodation
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and providing guidance on benefits and leave plans
• Monitoring claims progression, analyzing trends, and continuously improving the client experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of related work experience
• Experience administering FMLA/other leave/absence management programs
• Thorough understanding of contract provisions and administrative policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to develop and utilize reports
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to changing client needs, and take initiative
