Key Responsibilities
  • Create and update operations manuals and forms
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of manuals and forms in draft and final forms
  • Interact with various departments to facilitate the publication and distribution of manuals and forms

Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred, or high school diploma with equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in writing, editing, and managing editorial content, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with form creation or knowledge of Adobe LiveCycle Designer
  • Demonstrated accuracy in grammar, spelling, and sentence construction
  • Proven ability to manage detailed processes and work independently
