EAP Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Consultant to perform clinical assessments and consultations for employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and urgent clinical risk assessments and provide comprehensive referral services
• Offer management consultation services on workplace issues and develop suitable action plans
• Support internal and external customers in achieving EAP department goals

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the mental health field with a focus on assessment
• Knowledge of confidentiality laws and the concept of dual client
• Clinical skills to perform risk assessments and develop action plans
• Understanding of chemical dependency and treatment modalities
