Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert
• Hire, nurture, and mentor engineering talent
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for the team, drive innovation, and ensure high-quality software delivery

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong computer science fundamentals
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a group of 4+ software engineers
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale web/mobile applications using cloud technologies
• Knowledge of popular JS frameworks and databases, BI & big data technologies
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
