• Maintain relationships with Engineering, Product, and business partners, while executing a Data Engineering strategy
• Promote a culture of ownership of outcomes and guide the team through engineering initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Experience leading a data engineering team in a startup environment
• Proficiency in data stacks like Snowflake and Databricks
• Hands-on experience in large-scale data solutions development projects using Python
• Knowledge of data pipeline tools like DBT, Airflow, DMS, and Airbyte
• Experience with enterprise data modeling
