Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, INSIGHT Event to oversee the strategic planning and execution of an annual user conference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic vision and manage comprehensive event planning and execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for enhanced event experiences
• Conduct post-event analysis to inform future planning and improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale events with 5,000+ attendees
• Experience managing international events and understanding global logistics
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar event budgets
• Strong vendor and agency management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
