Field Enablement Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Enablement Project & Tools Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline the intake process for field enablement requests for onboarding and continuous learning programs
• Develop and execute end-to-end project plans for field enablement initiatives
• Oversee the selection, installation and provisioning of Enablement tools to optimize Field effectiveness and productivity

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in project management and team facilitation
• Experience as a salesperson or supporting sales teams
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes and project management methodologies
• Experience working with specific tools like Sharepoint, Seismic, Salesloft, Allego, HubSpot, Mindtickle, or similar is a plus
