We are seeking a General Accounting & Reporting Accountant with English for a temporary position within the SSC of our client. The chosen person will be hired by the company directly after the 6 first months.
The GL Accountant is responsible for providing general accounting support for the completion of the close, and ensures that the general ledger account balances and trial balances are accurate and reflect the proper amounts and entries.

¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Your main tasks will be:
- Provide support for general accounting
- Assist in the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process
- Prepare, code and record journal entries in GL
- Perform data balancing activities
- Review trial balance and reconcile / analyze all general ledger accounts
- Provide audit support specific to general accounting
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Fixed asset admin/reconciliation
- Project reporting
- Prepare government reports
- SAP BPC Reporting
- Used as GL Expert for all other SSC teams
- KPI/Analysis for internal external parties
- Cover for the GL Lead as and when required
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
A successful General Accounting & Reporting Accountant should have:
- Studies related to Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accountingVery high English & Spanish Level. German, Dutch, French or another EU language is a plus
- Experience with SAP
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
- SSC experience is a plus
