Reporting to the VP HR South of Europe, your main responsabilities will be:

Act as a strategic partner to the VP Cluster South on all HR related matters
Strategic Partner – Develops and implements enterprise-wide strategies to address big challenges
HR Operations Manager – Measure and monitors existing policies and procedures
HR Responder – Provides immediate fixes to acute HR situations
Employee Mediator – Finds solutions to individual employee issues
Support implementation of Strategic goals through HR-activities such as staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations,
Developing, aligning, coordinating and supporting HR in the South area
Implement and be an ambassadeur for the company values
Recruiting high level managers in South Region
HR legal support, supporting negotiations

The selected candidate will fit with:

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Law or similar. Master in HR is very valuable
Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of progressively increasing a broad HR experience, preferably from an international environment. At least 4 years in a managerial role.
Experience leading cultural changes is highly valuable
Solid, working knowledge of all HR Operations, Development and Legal.
In depth knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and collective agreements Strong expertise and sensitivities in recruitment activities
Languages: Bilingual or fluent in Spanish is a must. High level of English is a must (min C1)
Availability to travel punctually

Able to organise and work in a structured and systematic way and focused on simplicity with quality mindset
High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality is a must
