- Advance sales practices and capabilities by optimizing sales methodologies, coaching sales managers, and leading sales enablement efforts
- Demonstrate leadership and business acumen by contributing to product development, industry engagement, and strategic planning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 15+ years of experience in senior-level sales management roles, including Enterprise sales
- Deep experience in data-driven direct sales, SaaS environments, and revenue growth strategies
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing sales teams and driving significant ARR growth
- Experience in implementing innovative sales processes, metrics, and technologies for scalable growth
