- Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies
- Collaborate with leadership to assess and report on company culture and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a technology company
- Experience supporting GTM, Marketing, or Customer-focused teams
- Proficiency with HRM tools such as UKG, Lever, and Workplace
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity effectively
