Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping, data entry, and resolving discrepancies

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar position
  • Experience with US benefits administration and payroll processing
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Experience supporting a global employee base is considered a strong asset
