Job Summary

A company is looking for an Impact Manager II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the division in change projects and initiatives, assessing impacts and developing mitigation strategies
• Lead change initiatives to increase division effectiveness and efficiency
• Design solutions for process improvements and facilitate cross-functional teams for workable solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in change management, process improvement, or continuous improvement
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and drive work independently
• Understanding of project management methodologies and change management techniques
• Demonstrated success in managing change initiatives in a team-based environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to business process design and technology solutions
