Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer for GTM Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and support change management for new processes and tools
• Develop engaging learning experiences and continuous education resources for GTM teams and customers
• Create various learning assets and track metrics to measure training success and impact

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design at B2B SaaS companies
• Experience with course authoring and media design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Illustrator)
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and needs assessment techniques
• Experience with major LMS systems (Skilljar preferred)
• Ability to analyze training needs and create measurable training outcomes
