Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to oversee internal communications processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of narratives and presentations
• Draft written communications for executive members and create content for monthly All Hands meetings
• Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and drive continuous improvement based on insights

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in internal communications
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated track record of building communication strategies and planning
• Experience with planning content for large company events and monthly All Hands
• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
