• High school education or GED; Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a remote organization
• Proficiency in utilizing various communication tools and platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
