Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigator Contracts Lead I for a 4-month contract in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exercise judgment in negotiating contract terms and budgets with clinical investigator sites
• Manage Per-Subject Cost process for assigned studies and resolve budget issues
• Collaborate with various teams to plan site contracting timelines and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation
• Knowledge of drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements globally
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of clinical development operations experience or Juris Doctorate with 2+ years of clinical development operations experience
