¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Manage the entire Talent Acquisition process (interviews, offer letters, comms to vendor., exit interviews…)
- Administration of recruitment process tool
- Manage and ensure the Talent Cycle the process of employees (Goals, IDPs, Appraissals…)
- Manage and execute Climate & Engagement surveys to RSC and FZs
- Support the function on Compensation & Benefits tasks, Development programs, Training opportunities and Culture programs
- Support the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) events
- Working closely with the P&C team to ensure that all processes are right.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Degree and/or Master in HR, Labor Relations
- +2 years of experience in HR Department, ideally performing generalist role.
- Flexible and accurate.
- Good HR background
- Customer-friendly, helpful, representative and organized.
- You have a feeling for HR and are solution oriented.
- Enthusiastic and stress resistant.
- You are good in setting priorities
- Enthusiastic and stress-resistant
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively

Maternity leave contract (8 months aprox)
Two days working from home. Offices in Bambu
