Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • Proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus
