Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and manage the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate job postings and candidate records in the ATS
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in healthcare or technology
- Proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus
