Lead Java Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Java Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a mentor and technical leader for a development team
• Own solutions from a leadership perspective and ensure consistency and quality
• Guide technical analysis and development of critical application features

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of full lifecycle software development experience with web application development
• 3+ years of experience mentoring a team of software developers
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
• Breadth of knowledge and experience as a full-stack developer with various technologies
• Preferred: familiarity with reporting tools and deployment tools
