Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to create measurement and evaluation plans
  • Analyze data to measure training effectiveness and provide actionable insights
  • Design and develop interactive learning content using adult learning principles

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
  • Four years of instructional design experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis and learning measurement
  • Experience with digital learning development tools and Learning Management Systems
  • Knowledge of training metrics and evaluation methodologies
