Learning Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Architect to develop and enhance learning experiences within the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect engaging and scalable learning experiences using the LMS platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective learning strategies
• Monitor and analyze learning data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning technology, or a related role
• 3+ years’ experience using Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS
• Proficiency in using the CSOD platform, including content management and reporting features
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus
