Learning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Consultant I to assess training needs and design effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify knowledge and performance gaps through stakeholder collaboration and recommend training interventions
• Facilitate engaging learning sessions utilizing adult learning principles and educational technologies
• Develop instructional content in partnership with instructional designers and subject matter experts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a Learning Consultant or in a similar role within a corporate environment
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
