Learning Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Operations Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee enrollment and attendance tracking for all training programs and events
• Manage training content and ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead the rollout of a new Learning Management System and support employee upskilling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in Learning and Development or program coordination
• Strong knowledge of LMS systems, especially Workday, and eLearning tools
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality outcomes
