Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee enrollment and attendance tracking for all training programs and events
- Manage training content and ensure compliance with regulations
- Lead the rollout of a new Learning Management System and support employee upskilling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in Learning and Development or program coordination
- Strong knowledge of LMS systems, especially Workday, and eLearning tools
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality outcomes
