A company is looking for a Manager of Application Management Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Application Managed Service vendors for day-to-day support and maintenance
  • Ensure SLAs are met, report performance KPIs, and optimize onboarding of new applications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee troubleshooting, and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • 7 years of IT and business/industry experience with 3 years in team management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer related field
  • Strong expertise in Enterprise Applications and Digital Technologies
  • Experience with various technical disciplines including Salesforce, .NET, Azure, Peoplesoft, Mulesoft, and Sitecore
  • Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, modern architecture, and development practices
