Manager Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Development for a remote-based position in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and manage the national BDR team to increase prospect engagement and generate new logo pipeline
• Design and implement targeted ABM campaigns to drive high-quality leads and sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance BDR discovery skills and develop effective messaging for inbound interest conversion

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of software as a service experience
• 3+ years of demand generation experience with a focus on account-based marketing
• Prior people management experience
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development goals
