Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Health Plan Quality Interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement interventions
• Coordinate resources and training, analyze intervention effectiveness, and facilitate stakeholder input
• Lead cross-functional teams, oversee implementation of interventions, and support clinical care quality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years’ experience in managed healthcare, with 2 years in health plan quality improvement
• Operational knowledge of Excel and Visio
• Master’s Degree in a clinical field, Public Health, or Healthcare preferred
• Preferred certifications such as CPHQ, Nursing License, or CHCA
