Key Responsibilities:
- Support divisional nursing leadership in achieving system and divisional education and training goals
- Engage service area teams to meet system ministry goals and strategic initiatives
- Partner with various levels of nursing leadership to ensure effective operations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field
- Registered Nurse License in one of the specified states upon hire
- 7 years of staff development or academic teaching experience
- 5 years of healthcare-related management and leadership experience
