Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Management and Development, IFP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product portfolio development and implementation based on performance and market trends
• Analyze internal and external data to drive strategic decisions and improve product offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plan design strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in developing and managing commercial insurance products
• Prior experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with R and/or Python is beneficial
• 4+ years in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• BS/BA degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
