Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Shared Services – Payroll in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of Specialists and Analysts, focusing on issue resolution and education
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient processes to address teammate needs
• Establish a metrics-driven culture to ensure team achievement of target OLAs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
• 5+ years of related experience, including previous management experience
• Experience leading payroll, customer service, or transactional functions preferred
• Experience with payroll/timekeeping systems highly preferred
