Manager Solutions Engineering – GSS

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager in the GSS department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a solutions engineering team focusing on operational excellence and talent cultivation
• Align team efforts with organizational goals and sales objectives, foster sales partnerships, and drive initiatives
• Build a team culture of continuous development, efficiency, and risk-taking

Required Qualifications:

• Located in Mountain or Western time zone with prior people management experience
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in Inside SE or Virtual SE organization
• Experience in the software industry, specifically with Solutions Engineers selling SaaS products
• Technically curious and able to articulate the value of technology in solving customer problems
• Desire to learn, grow, and be part of an expanding and dynamic team
