Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Market P&L to support membership growth and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network development, provider contracting, and key provider account relationships
• Execute network construction plans and support contract negotiations to grow partnerships
• Monitor partner compliance and inform business strategies to achieve market goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in healthcare client management or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
• 2+ years of experience running financial analyses and driving growth opportunities
• Experience with the Affordable Care Act marketplace is a bonus
