Media Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Media Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client billing cycle, validate Media Purchase Authorizations, and oversee financial reporting
• Maintain and administer monthly client financial calendar, handle advance billing and campaign rollover, and ensure final campaign closure
• Provide financial reporting, campaign structure, and terms & conditions oversight, as well as manage team collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in media and/or financial operations in a media buying or creative agency
• Familiarity with buying systems and agency accounting platforms/ERPs
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with productivity tools such as Smartsheet preferred
• Aptitude to manage 1-2 team members and develop junior talent
