Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager in the Ohio Valley region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire a high-performing sales team
• Develop account strategies and drive revenue growth
• Forecast revenue and build relationships with partners and customers

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in security, networking, or software solutions
• 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
• Experience closing deals of $50K+ and managing complex sales processes
• Established relationships with partners and customers at executive levels
• Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies is a plus
